Keeping Your Tasks in Check

Front-End

Staying Organized

I keep track of the things I need to do for the day by writing them down on my notebook. I usually separate them into section like “School”, “Fitness”, “Chores”, “Important”, etc. This helps me better organize myself throughout my day and making sure things get done. Once I’ve done one of my tasks, I highlight it to visually see I’ve completed it and to separate the ones I still need to do.

To Do Apps
Notes

Notes on IOS doesn't only save your random thoughts throughout your day but can also keep track of your daily agenda. You can simply insert a checkbox table and add any task you need to fufill. When completed, the task goes straight to the bottom and keeps the ones still need to be done at the top.

The layout is simple and very customizable where you can add headings and diffrent types of fonts. It also allows you to share your notes with other people where they could input their tasks and notes.

Microsoft ToDo

Microsoft To Do is an easy task manager to organise your day. This app relates perfectly to our current project where a lot of its functionality are part of our deliverables. You can separate your task with different list and level of urgencies.

The UI is very easy to navigate through and uses simple colors with sans-serif fonts. It might be a bit too simple where you can’t really add the user’s personality to it. I think a to do list is very personal for someone, so the user should be able to customize the theme and colors a bit more.
